Sales Terms

1. Service Agreements

By purchasing our services, specifically Social Media Management, Growth + AI Systems, or Full Growth Partner packages, you are entering into a binding agreement with Bennet Row.

2. Payment Terms

All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise specified. Payments are due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay within 48 hours of your billing date will result in immediate suspension of all services and automation systems.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations. Automation setups (n8n, ManyChat) remain the property of Bennet Row unless otherwise specified in your Master Service Agreement.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the progress of your onboarding and strategy within the first 14 days of your first payment, reach out for a full or partial refund (minus onboarding setup costs). After the first 14 days, all sales are final.

5. Automation System Ownership

Custom logic, n8n workflows, and ManyChat flows developed by Bennet Row remain our proprietary intellectual property unless a buy-out clause is exercised. Clients retain ownership of their content and CRM data.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from sales or services will be governed by the laws of the United States.
